1. All items on our website are usually delivered within 5-7 days (ground option), except in circumstances such as strikes, being out of that particular stock, and/or any other emergency situations, or in cases where the customer specifies a specific delivery date.

2. MyLeatheroutlet.com does not take responsibility for delay in orders due to incorrect billing address or any other discrepancy in information submitted by the customer.

3. Delivery charges are not included on the prices listed on our website. For every purchase, delivery charges apply that varies from zone to zone.

4. For orders with payments via credit card or by phone, item delivery is subject to confirmation, verification and approval of credit card from the credit card company.

5. The customer shall be notified through email at the time items are shipped from MyLeatheroutlet.com.

7. We use regular ground service and UPS for delivery.
