Are the pictures posted on the Website the real items that customer will receive?
Yes.
These are the same items you will receive when ordered.
2. How often
do new design/products become available?
We usually add on new design/products
to our inventory on a regular basis. It depends on the availability of the new
products on the market. In most of cases we have the new items extremely fast.

Do you ship International?
Yes, we ship anywhere worldwide on orders over $500.00. (Primarily
ship within U.S. lower 48 states only)
4.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Most of the orders
are processed and shipped within 24 hours and it should never overpass 48 hours.
Shortly after you will receive shipping confirmation and information.
5.
What if I need to change my order?
Please email us immediately so we
can arrange to change it before it ships. If the product has been shipped out,
we will arrange for an exchange.
6. What can I do if my order was
not approved?
There are a number of reasons for your order not to be
approved. The main reason could be your credit card failed to pass the fraud detection
test. You may contact us directly at info@myleatheroutlet.com if you wish to complete
the order. If you cannot use a credit card, we do accept personal checks, however,
your item will not ship until receipt of the check and funds are validated.
